Stock Availability
We strive to maintain accurate stock counts on our website. However, there may be rare occasions of stock discrepancies. If an item is unavailable at the time of your purchase, we will fulfill the available products and contact you to determine whether you would like to wait for the backordered item or receive a refund.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order. Payment for products will be collected upon delivery, and the shipping cost shown at checkout will be the final price charged to the customer.
Returns
3.1 Return Due to Change of Mind
The Skin Therapeutics does not accept returns for change of mind. However, if you request a return within 4 days of receiving the item, it may be returned in its original packaging, unused, and in resellable condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Once the return is received and accepted, store credit will be issued for future purchases. You will be notified via call or WhatsApp once the process is complete. Please note that shipping costs will not be refunded.
Delivery Terms
4.1 Domestic Transit Time
Domestic shipments typically take 2-7 days in transit.
4.2 Dispatch Time
Orders are dispatched within 2 business days of placement. Our warehouse operates Monday through Friday, excluding national holidays. We make every effort to minimize shipment delays during holidays.
4.4 Change of Delivery Address
Delivery addresses can be changed at any time before the order is dispatched.
4.7 Items Out of Stock
If an item is out of stock, in-stock items will be dispatched immediately, and the out-of-stock items will be shipped once restocked.
4.8 Delivery Time Exceeded
If the delivery time exceeds the expected timeframe, please contact us so we can investigate the issue.
Tracking Notifications
Upon dispatch, you will receive a tracking link to monitor your shipment’s progress based on the updates provided by the shipping carrier.
Parcels Damaged in Transit
If you receive a damaged parcel, please reject it upon delivery and contact our customer service team. If the parcel is delivered without your presence, reach out to us for further assistance.

Cancellations
You may cancel your order at any time before it is dispatched. If the order has already been dispatched, please refer to our refund policy.

9.2 Parcels Lost in Transit
In cases of lost parcels, a refund or replacement will be processed after the courier’s investigation confirms the loss.
